コーチングの先駆者の1人、トマス・レナードがあの世に旅立ちました。
時々、まだトマスが生きていたら
「どんなワクワクすることを手掛けていただろう？」
「どんな言葉を私たちに投げかけてくれただろう？」
「今の世界を見てどんなビジョンを持つだろう？」
と思います。
刺激的で、価値ある影響を今も残す彼に敬意を表します。
Twenty years ago, on February 11, 2003, one of the pioneers of coaching, Thomas J. Leonard, passed away.
Sometimes, I think if Thomas were still alive...
"What exciting things would he have been working on?"
"What words would he have said to us?"
"What vision would he have for the world today?"
I respect him for the inspiring and valuable impact he still leaves today.
